    Is Cúnamh Oifigiúil um Fhorbairt é an maoiniú a dhéantar ar na gníomhaíochtaí a dhéantar i gcomhréir leis an Rialachán seo nuair a chomhlíonann sé na critéir a leagtar amach sna treoracha tuairiscithe sin nó in aon treoracha tuairiscithe ina dhiaidh sin a mbeidh an Coiste Cúnaimh Forbartha in ann teacht ar chomhaontú ina leith.

    The financing of the actions undertaken in accordance with this Regulation constitutes Official Development Assistance when it fulfils the criteria set out in those reporting directives or any subsequent reporting directives, which the Development Assistance Committee is able to agree upon.

    In that context, a least developed country should be understood to mean a third country or non-EU territory that is eligible to receive official development assistance in accordance with the relevant list made publicly available by the Development Assistance Committee of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development and based on the United Nations’ definition of least developed countries.
