(2) I gcás teachtaireacht teileafóin a fháil i bPost-Oifig, agus í a tharchur níos sia ar aghaidh mar theileagram, litir, litir luais, nó litir aerphoist, beidh feidhm ag na rialacháin a bheidh déanta ag an Aire maidir le teileagram, litreacha, litreacha luais agus litreacha aerphoist (de réir mar a bheidh) agus ag na muirir is iníoctha orthu sin, amhail is dá ndéanfaí an teileagram, an litir, an litir luais, nó an litir aerphoist de réir mar is cuí a thabhairt de láimh d'oifigeach Post-Oifige nó a chur sa phost.
(2) Where a telephonic message is received at a Post Office and is further transmitted as a telegram, letter, express letter, or air mail letter, the regulations made by the Minister in relation to telegrams, letters, express letters and air mail letters (as the case may be) and the charges payable therefor shall apply in the same manner as though such telegram, letter, express letter, or air mail letter, as may be appropriate, had been handed to an officer of the Post Office or posted.
