    Institiúidí a chuireann an cur chuige caighdeánaithe simplithe nó modh na risíochta tosaigh i bhfeidhm chun risíochtaí ar phriacal creidmheasa contrapháirtí a ríomh i gcomhréir le Cuid a Trí, Teideal II, Caibidil 6, Ranna 4 agus 5 de Rialachán (AE) Uimh. 575/2013, cuirfidh siad isteach an fhaisnéis maidir le priacal creidmheasa contrapháirtí mar a shonraítear in Iarscríbhinn I, teimpléad 34.06, i gcomhréir leis na treoracha in Iarscríbhinn II, Cuid II, pointe 3.9.7.

    Institutions applying the simplified standardised approach or the original exposure method for the calculation of counterparty credit risk exposures in accordance with Part Three, Title II, Chapter 6, Sections 4 and 5 Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 shall submit the information on counterparty credit risk as specified in Annex I, template 34.06, in accordance with the instructions in Annex II, Part II, point 3.9.7.
