- Comment Hierzu und im Rahmen des Anwendungsbereichs nach Artikel 1 unternimmt die Behörde Folgendes: a) Sie erleichtert den Zugang zu Informationen über Rechte und Pflichten in Verbindung mit der unionsweiten Arbeitskräftemobilität sowie zu einschlägigen Diensten; b) sie erleichtert und stärkt die Zusammenarbeit der Mitgliedstaaten bei der unionsweiten Durchsetzung des einschlägigen Unionsrechts; dazu gehört auch die Erleichterung konzertierter und gemeinsamer Kontrollen; c) sie vermittelt bei länderübergreifenden Streitigkeiten zwischen den Mitgliedstaaten und trägt zur Herbeiführung von Lösungen bei; und d) sie unterstützt die Zusammenarbeit der Mitgliedstaaten bei der Bekämpfung nicht angemeldeter Erwerbstätigkeit.

- Comment 'To that end, and within the scope pursuant to Article 1, the Authority shall: (a) facilitate access to information on rights and obligations regarding labour mobility across the Union as well as to relevant services; (b) facilitate and enhance cooperation between Member States in the enforcement of relevant Union law across the Union, including facilitating concerted and joint inspections; (c) mediate and facilitate a solution in cases of cross-border disputes between Member States; and (d) support cooperation between Member States in tackling undeclared work.'

- Comment «À cette fin, et dans le cadre du champ d’application visé à l’article 1er, l’Autorité: a) facilite l’accès aux informations relatives aux droits et obligations en matière de mobilité de la main-d’œuvre dans l’ensemble de l’Union ainsi qu’aux services correspondants; b) facilite et renforce la coopération entre les États membres en ce qui concerne le respect du droit pertinent de l’Union dans l’ensemble de l’Union, notamment en facilitant l’organisation d’inspections concertées et communes; c) assure une médiation et facilite la recherche d’une solution en cas de différends transfrontaliers entre les États membres; et d) soutient la coopération entre les États membres dans la lutte contre le travail non déclaré.»
