    Comment "En 1967, le Conseil des Communautés européennes s'est substitué au Conseil Spécial de Ministres de la Communauté européenne du charbon et de l'acier, ainsi qu'au Conseil de la Communauté économique européenne et au Conseil de la Communauté européenne de l'énergie atomique.
