    Comment "Investigative measures can be carried out by an investigating judge or the police. Examples include searches, the production of objects, documents or computer data, freezing instruments or proceeds of crime, intercepting electronic communications, tracking and tracing objects, questioning, witness hearings.In the context of the European Public Prosecutor's Office, the investigation measures which European Delegated Prosecutors are entitled to order or request are listed in Article 30(1) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1939 implementing enhanced cooperation on the establishment of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (‘the EPPO’).This refers to a specific measure in criminal matters.     Comment "La présente fiche est axée sur le domaine pénal.Les mesures d'enquête sont menées par les juridictions d'instruction ou par la police judiciaire. Il s'agit de la mise en œuvre judiciaire des modes de preuve ou de mesures tendant à l'administration devant le juge des divers modes de preuve.
