    Definition Les accords dits Rubik sont des traités bilatéraux que la Suisse a signés avec l'Allemagne, le Royaume-Uni et l'Autriche en vue de préserver le secret bancaire et d'éviter l'échange automatique d'informations. Concrètement, un contribuable étranger a deux choix: une déclaration de ses avoirs au fisc de son pays ou une imposition anonyme. Dans ce cas, les banques suisses prélèvent un impôt libératoire à la source et le reversent à l'Etat concerné sans que le nom du client ne soit divulgué.
