    Comment Nach § 48 AufenthG ist ein Ausländer verpflichtet, seinen Pass oder Passersatz und seinen Aufenthaltstitel auf Verlangen der Ausländerbehörden vorzulegen und bei Bedarf auszuhändigen. Jedoch besteht keine Pflicht in Deutschland, jederzeit einen Pass oder Personalausweis bei sich zu führen. // Selon § 48 Aufenthaltsgesetz, un étranger est obligé de présenter, sur la demande des autorités compétentes, à celles-ci son passeport et son titre de séjour ou les documents en tenant lieu. Par contre, en Allemagne, il n'y a pas d'obligation générale, ni pour les étrangers ni pour les ressortissants allemands, de porter sur soi un passeport ou un autre pièce d'identité.
