While this is no longer explicitly said, it should be implied from Articles 1 and 2(3) of the adopted act.Article 1: 'This Regulation lays down detailed rules for determining when electricity used for the production of renewable liquid and gaseous transport fuels of non-biological origin can be considered fully renewable.
