    Comment "La céréale majoritairement utilisée est l’orge mais on peut aussi utiliser du blé pour les bières blanches. Le malt est aujourd’hui principalement utilisé en brasserie pour la fabrication de bière. Il est également utilisé en distillerie pour la fabrication de whisky. Il peut enfin être utilisé comme composant (extrait de malt) en alimentation de l’homme (panification, barres de céréales, boissons énergisantes).
