Ní ghníomhóidh aon oifigeach innealtóireachta i gcáil príomhinnealtóra nó dara innealtóir mura mbeidh deimhniú inniúlachta nó deimhniú seirbhíse den aicme iomchuí a cheanglaítear le Cuid I de Sceideal 1 a ghabhann leis na Rialacháin seo, ina sheilbh aige.
No engineer officer shall act in the capacity of chief engineer or second engineer unless he holds a certificate of competency or certificate of service of the appropriate class required by Part I of Schedule 1 to these Regulations.
