    Comment Le thermolaquage se déroule en trois étapes : 1) le traitement de surface chimique, qui permet de garantir une bonne adhérence de la peinture sur le métal et également une optimisation des performances anticorrosion;2) le poudrage électrostatique ou peinture, qui consiste a appliquer la poudre sur la pièce;3) la cuisson ou polymérisation dans le four, qui solidifie la résine de la poudre et confère ainsi les caractéristiques mécaniques et d’aspect de la teinte.
