    Comment Eine scharfe kriminologische Trennung zwischen Eigentums-und Vermögenskriminalität ist nicht möglich, da durch eine Handlung häufig sowohl das Eigentum wie auch das Vermögen des Opfers betroffen ist. Gleichwohl lassen sich die Bereiche grundsätzlich danach unterscheiden, ob dem Geschädigten eine Sache entzogen, beschädigt bzw. zerstört wird (Eigentumsdelikt) oder das Opfer in seiner vermögensrechtlichen Lage beeinträchtigt wird (Vermögensdelikt). In diesem Sinne sind typische Eigentumsdelikte vor allem Diebstahl, Sachbeschädigung und Brandstiftung, während Betrug, Untreue und Hehlerei zur Vermögenskriminalität gerechnet werden.
