- Definition vorgeschlagene Steuer, die in der EU auf folgende Finanztransaktionen erhoben werden soll: a) Kauf und Verkauf eines Finanzinstruments vor der Aufrechnung (Netting) und Abrechnung, einschließlich Pensionsgeschäfte und umgekehrter Pensionsgeschäfte sowie Wertpapierverleih- und -leihgeschäfte; b) zwischen den Unternehmen einer Gruppe vorgenommene Übertragung des Rechts,wie ein Eigentümer über Finanzinstrumente zu verfügen, sowie alle gleichwertigen Operationen, bei denen das mit dem Finanzinstrument verbundene Risiko übertragen wird, sofern diese Fälle nicht unter Buchstabe a fallen; c) Abschluss oder Änderung von Derivatkontrakten Reference Council-DE, vgl.
