    Comment "On reconnaît en outre que les accords entre petites et moyennes entreprises sont rarement en mesure d'affecter sensiblement le commerce entre États membres ou la concurrence à l'intérieur du marché commun; en tout état de cause, ils ne présentent généralement pas d'intérêt communautaire suffisant pour justifier une intervention. En résumé, les accords ou pratiques relevant de la communication ""de minimis"" sont considérés comme étant d'une importance communautaire mineure et ne sont pas examinés par la Commission au regard du droit communautaire de la concurrence. Certains de ces accords ou pratiques peuvent toutefois être examinés par les autorités nationales de concurrence."
