Comment No to be confused with 'personal injury' [ IATE:931010 ], which can also include psychological harm.In UK criminal law, 'actual bodily harm' means any hurt or injury calculated to interfere with the health or comfort of the victim and 'grievous bodily harm' [ IATE:881838 ] means really serious physical injury, which can also include severe depression.
