- Comment Die CBAM-Erklärung muss folgende Angaben enthalten:a) Gesamtmenge jeder in dem der Erklärung vorausgehenden Kalenderjahr eingeführten Warenart in Megawattstunden bei Strom und in Tonnen bei anderen Waren;b) gesamte graue Emissionen in Tonnen CO2e-Emissionen pro Megawattstunde Strom oder, bei anderen Waren, in Tonnen CO2e-Emissionen pro Tonne jeder Warenart, berechnet gemäß Artikel 7;c) die Gesamtzahl der den grauen Gesamtemissionen entsprechenden CBAM-Zertifikate, die abgegeben werden müssen, nach Minderung aufgrund des in einem Ursprungsland gezahlten CO2-Preises gemäß Artikel 9 und nach der erforderlichen Anpassung hinsichtlich des Umfangs, in dem EU-EHS-Zertifikate gemäß Artikel 31 kostenlos zugeteilt werden.

- Definition declaration to be submitted by an authorised declarant to the authority designated by each Member State to carry out the obligations under the CBAM (carbon border adjustment mechanism) regulation containing the following:(a) the total quantity of each type of goods imported during the calendar year preceding the declaration, expressed in megawatt hours for electricity and in tonnes for other goods; (b) the total embedded emissions, expressed in tonnes of CO2e emissions per megawatt-hour of electricity or for other goods per tonne of CO2e emissions per tonne of each type of goods, calculated in accordance with Article 7 of the CBAM Regulation; (c) the total number of CBAM certificates corresponding to the total embedded emissions, to be surrendered, after the reduction due on the account of the carbon price paid in a country of origin in accordance with Article 9 and the adjustment necessary of the extent to which EU ETS allowances are allocated free of charge in accordance with Article 31 of the CBAM regulation Reference COM-Terminology Coordination, based on: Proposal for a Regulation establishing a carbon border adjustment mechanism, COM(2021) 564 final

- Definition déclaration soumise chaque année à l’autorité compétente par tous les déclarants agréés dans le cadre du mécanisme d’ajustement carbone aux frontières, qui contient: a) la quantité totale de chaque type de marchandises importées au cours de l’année civile précédant la déclaration, exprimée en mégawattheures pour l’électricité et en tonnes pour les autres marchandises;b) les émissions intrinsèques totales, exprimées en tonnes équivalent CO2 émises par mégawattheure d’électricité ou, pour les autres marchandises, en tonnes équivalent CO2 émises par tonne de chaque type de marchandises, calculées conformément à l’article 7 du règlement relatif au MACF;c) le nombre total de certificats MACF correspondant aux émissions intrinsèques totales, à restituer, après la réduction due au prix du carbone payé dans un pays d’origine conformément à l’article 9 et l’ajustement nécessaire, conformément à l’article 31 dudit règlement, correspondant à la mesure dans laquelle les quotas du SEQE de l’UE sont alloués à titre gratuit Reference COM-FR d'après la proposition de règlement du Parlement européen et du Conseil établissant un mécanisme d’ajustement carbone aux frontières (COM/2021/564 final)
