- Comment The aim of the IRP is to: (a) support and consolidate breakthrough and regional returns; (b) support the PLIP; and (c) achieve sustainable returns. Project proposals should include reconstruction of dwellings (preferably using the self-help approach) as well as rehabilitation of related technical infrastructure.
