- Comment Lorsque le déficit d’un pays de l’UE dépasse les limites convenues, la Commission européenne élabore un rapport évaluant l’opportunité de lancer ou non une procédure concernant les déficits excessifs. Elle adresse ensuite une notification au pays en question et informe le Conseil si elle estime qu’il y a un déficit excessif.
