'CVMP assessment report for Versican Plus DHPPi/L4R (EMEA/V/C/002759/0000)' (29.1.2021). EMA/210216/2014.- H.E. de Melker, S.J.M. Comment Primary vaccination, consisting either of a single dose of vaccine or of an initial dose followed by one of more booster doses at appropriate intervals, is expected to enable the vaccinated subject to develop the intended level of immunity. The immunity thus acquired usually decreases over time, so revaccination may be indicated later.
