- Definition "The overall aim of the ERA-NET IATE:928635 scheme is to develop and strengthen the coordination of national research activities. The Plus instrument is designed to further enhance trans-national funding of research, building on the success achieved with the “Classic” ERA-NET instrument. The new dimension brought by the Plus instrument is that the Commission provides an incentive for the organisation of joint calls by “topping up” joint transnational funding with Community funds."
