In den Fällen, in denen Arbeits- oder Tarifverträge Altersgrenzen für Beschäftigte enthalten, endet das Arbeitsverhältnis, wenn die Arbeitnehmer das gesetzliche Rentenalter erreichen – es sei denn, sie treffen mit ihrem Arbeitgeber eine andere Vereinbarung.
