    Comment En principe, l’enfant demeure légalement rattaché au parent avec lequel il ne vit pas (conservant à son égard ses droits et devoirs). Ex: conjoint veuf, divorcé, séparé de corps, séparé de fait assumant seul la garde des enfants issus du mariage. A distinguer de la famille unilinéaire (fiche 3033): la filiation de l'enfant n'est établie qu'à l'égard d'un seul parent, l'autre restant inconnu.
