Féadfar an fhianaise sin a thabhairt le deimhniú arna shíniú ag aturnae ag gníomhú dó thar ceann an lóisteálaí, mura rud é, in aon chás, go gceanglóidh an Cuntasóir gur le dearbhú reachtúil nó mionnscríbhinn a thabharfar an fhianaise sin.

Such evidence may be furnished by a certificate signed by a solicitor acting on behalf of the depositor, unless in any case the Accountant requires such evidence to be by statutory declaration or affidavit.
