Beidh i ngach breithiúnas nó ordú, cibé slí a bhfaighfear é, chun talamh a aisghabháil mar gheall ar neamhíoc cíosa ráiteas i dtaobh na suimeanna is iníoctha i leith cíosa agus costas fuascailte.
