Is é teideal a chuirfear ar an toghairm ná maidir leis an Acht sin, ar iarratas ón duine a mbeidh an t-achomharc á thionscnamh aige, agus luafar inti an bhreith nó an tuairim a mbeidh achomharc á dhéanamh ina haghaidh agus na forais achomhairc.

The summons shall be entitled in the matter of the said Act, on the application of the person bringing the appeal, and shall state the decision or opinion appealed against and the grounds of appeal.
