Déanfar leabhar, dá ngairfear Leabhar Cúiseanna, a choimeád in Oifig na gCoimircithe Cúirte, ar leabhar é ina dtaifeadfar na himeachtaí go léir den sórt sin.

There shall be in the Office of Wards of Court a book, to be called a Cause Book, in which all such proceedings shall be entered.
