Cuirtear an sampla i bhflaigín grádaithe 25 ml; cuirtear leis seo 0.5 ml d'imoibreán I, 10 ml den tuaslagán maolán ach agus ansin 0.5 ml d'imoibreán II.

The sample is placed in a 25 ml. graduated flask; to this are added 0.5 ml. of reagent I, 10 ml. of the buffer solution and then 0.5 ml. of reagent II.
