Faoi réir fhorálacha na Rialachán seo, ní dhéanfaidh duine aon bhia (seachas beoir [ar a n-áirítear leann dubh agus pórtar) leann úll agus fíon (ar a n-áirítear coirdéil mheisciúla) nó bia dá dtagraítear i bhfo-airteagal (1) d'airteagal 13].

Subject to the provisions of these Regulations, a person shall not manufacture, prepare, import, distribute, or sell any food [other than beer (including stout and porter) cider and wine (including alcoholic cordials) or food referred to in sub-article (1) of article 13].
