Ar thosach feidhme an Ordaithe seo agus dá éis sin, forléireofar mar thagairtí don Roinn Airgeadais tagairtí don Roinn Pleanála agus Forbartha Eacnamaíochta atá in aon Acht nó in aon ionstraim a rinneadh faoi agus a bhaineann le haon riaradh agus gnó a aistrítear le mír (1) den Airteagal seo.
References to the Department of Economic Planning and Development contained in any Act or instrument made thereunder and relating to any administration and business transferred by paragraph (1) of this Article shall, on and after the commencement of this Order, be construed as references to the Department of Finance.
