Ní bhaineann an riail seo le duine a ghabhfar faoi alt 251 den Acht Cosanta, 1954, ar amhras gur tréigtheoir nó neamhláithrí gan chead ó Óglaigh na hÉireann é nó í.
This rule does not apply to a person arrested under section 251 of the Defence Act, 1954 , on suspicion of being a deserter or an absentee without leave from the Defence Forces.
