Má bhíonn oibrí as láthair óna chuid oibre gan chead ar feadh aon lae nó aon chuid de lá, beidh de cheart ag an bhfostóir suim a bhaint de luach saothair an oibrí is ionann agus an pá don am a cailleadh amhlaidh, ar fhoras a bheidh pro rata le gnáthsheachtain oibre an oibrí.

If a worker absents himself from work without leave for any day or portion of a day, the employer shall have the right to deduct from the worker's remuneration a sum equivalent to the pay for such time as missed on a basis pro rata to the worker's normal working week.
