A wholesaler may, subject to the provisions of this Order, impose, in relation to the supply of motor spirit to a mixed brand retailer, such terms and conditions as he may consider necessary in the interests of efficiency and economy in the distribution of motor spirit, including terms and conditions relating to the ordering of motor spirit, the quantities ordered and the regularity of orders, the payment therefor and the storage and dispensing thereof.
