Aistrítear leis seo chun an Aire Airgeadais na feidhmeanna a dhílsítear don Aire Pleanála agus Forbartha Eacnamaíochta leis an Acht Airí agus Rúnaithe (Leasú), 1977 (Uimh. 27 de 1977) nó faoi agus leis an Acht um Bord Náisiúnta Eolaíochta agus Teicneolaíochta, 1977 (Uimh. 25 de 1977) nó faoi.
The functions vested in the Minister for Economic Planning and Development by or under the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1977 (No. 27 of 1977), and the National Board for Science and Technology Act, 1977 (No. 25 of 1977), are hereby transferred to the Minister for Finance.
