    Comment Directorate created in February 2025 with responsibilities regarding European Council and Council decision-making and all process-related aspects, digital (IKM2/eConsilium) and non-digital, as well as for issuing related guidance and instructions. One of the key assignments of the directorate is to build, over time, a comprehensive knowledge base/repository which brings together in one place, accessible to all staff, the rules, instructions and guidance governing the GSC’s processes and working methods regarding European Council and Council decision-making.
