    Comment Established by Article 82 of the Basic Law for the Federal Republic of Germany. Published by the German Federal Ministry of Justice through the publishing company Bundesanzeiger Verlag GmbH. The Federal Law Gazette is split into two parts. Part I [Teil I] contains all federal laws, regulations of major or long-term significance, decisions regarding competence over a particular subject-matter under Article 129(1) of the Basic Law, judgments of the Federal Constitutional Court under § 31(2), first sentence of the Act on the Federal Constitutional Court, orders of the Federal President, notifications on internal matters of the Bundestag and Bundesrat and — where applicable — other notifications. Part II [Teil II] contains international agreements and treaties, the legislation adopted for the purposes of enacting or implementing them, related notifications and legislation concerning the customs tariff system.
