Published by the German Federal Ministry of Justice through the publishing company Bundesanzeiger Verlag GmbH. The Federal Law Gazette is split into two parts. Part I [Teil I] contains all federal laws, regulations of major or long-term significance, decisions regarding competence over a particular subject-matter under Article 129(1) of the Basic Law, judgments of the Federal Constitutional Court under § 31(2), first sentence of the Act on the Federal Constitutional Court, orders of the Federal President, notifications on internal matters of the Bundestag and Bundesrat and — where applicable — other notifications. Part II [Teil II] contains international agreements and treaties, the legislation adopted for the purposes of enacting or implementing them, related notifications and legislation concerning the customs tariff system.
