    Comment Der Begriff „Kompromissänderungsantrag“ wird in zwei verschiedenen Zusammenhängen verwendet:– wenn ein Kompromiss zwischen der Kommission oder dem Rat und dem Parlament, vertreten durch den federführenden Ausschuss, erzielt werden soll (Artikel 61 Absatz 2, Artikel 69 und Artikel 73);– oder wenn die Fraktionen sich untereinander um einen Kompromiss bemühen (Artikel 173 und 174).
