    Comment Le point de coordination national sur les compétences serait le principal bénéficiaire des financements de l’Union européenne et le principal interlocuteur de la Commission en ce qui concerne les actions actuellement menées par les centres nationaux. Le point de coordination national sur les compétences assure la coordination et, le cas échéant, la mise en œuvre des activités suivantes:a) coordonner, en coopération avec les organismes nationaux compétents, les activités liées à la mise en œuvre des outils et services Europass à l'échelon national, conformément aux dispositions de la présente décision;b) promouvoir et fournir des informations sur l'orientation à des fins d’apprentissage et d’emploi et publier les informations sur les opportunités d'études à l'échelon national et dans l’outil en ligne européen;c) assurer le suivi de la collecte et de la diffusion d’informations factuelles en temps réel sur les compétences à l'échelon régional et national;d) soutenir l'établissement d'une correspondance transparente entre les niveaux de certification prévus par les cadres de certification nationaux et les niveaux prévus par le cadre européen des certifications (CEC), fournir des informations sur le CEC aux parties prenantes nationales et communiquer les résultats du processus de mise en correspondance et des informations sur les certifications à l’outil en ligne européen;e) soutenir la coopération nationale entre les acteurs publics et privés sur les questions liées aux compétences dans les secteurs économiques;f) associer toutes les parties prenantes concernées aux activités relevant de leur responsabilité;g) mettre en œuvre ou soutenir toute autre activité, en accord avec le groupe d’experts.
