    Comment Das Gericht für den öffentlichen Dienst wurde zum 1. September 2016 aufgelöst. In Anbetracht des Anstiegs der Zahl der Rechtsstreitigkeiten und der überlangen Bearbeitungszeit für die beim Gericht der EU anhängigen Rechtssachen, beschloss der Unionsgesetzgeber 2015, die Zahl der Richter am Gericht der EU schrittweise auf 56 zu erhöhen und die Zuständigkeiten des Gerichts für den öffentlichen Dienst auf das Gericht zu übertragen. War das bislang einzige Fachgericht IATE:918071 .
