    Comment “Activity” is more related to the intensity of the protection of the plant: a kind of quantitative assessment of the action: the microorganism is more or less active against a pest (it is indeed included in the definitions of “efficacy” and “effectiveness”), while plant protection action gives a qualitative meaning to plant protection.
