an animal from a herd in an attested area in respect of which an identity card has been issued by the Minister
D'ainneoin aon fhoráil eile den Ordú seo, féadfar ainmhithe ar ainmhithe dearbhghlana iad faoi dhlí Thuaisceart Éireann a aistriú ó Thuaisceart Éireann isteach in áitreabh sa Stát de bhun agus de réir ceada a thabharfaidh an tAire faoin Ordú seo.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Order, animals which are attested animals under the law of Northern Ireland may be moved from Northern Ireland into premises in the State pursuant to and in accordance with a permit granted under this Order by the Minister.
