    Comment Dieses internationale Wettbewerbsnetz dient dem Erfahrungs- und Meinungsaustausch zu Wettbewerbsfragen, die sich aus der immer stärkeren Globalisierung der Weltwirtschaft ergeben, sowie der Verbreitung von Erfahrungen und bewährten Verfahren im Bereich des Kartellrechts, der Unterstützung der den Wettbewerb fördernden Rolle der Kartellbehörden und der Erleichterung der internationalen Zusammenarbeit. Das ICN, dessen Einrichtung am 25. Oktober 2001 in New York bekanntgegeben wurde, befasst sich mit der Durchsetzung des Kartellrechts und wettbewerbspolitischen Fragen von gemeinsamem Interesse und soll Vorschläge für die verfahrens- und materiellrechtliche Konvergenz durch eine ergebnisorientierte Agenda und Struktur unterbreiten. Jede für die Umsetzung von Kartellgesetzen zuständige nationale oder regionale Wettbewerbsbehörde kann Mitglied des ICN werden. Das Netz wird sich außerdem um Beratung und Beiträge durch den privaten Sektor und durch Nichtregierungsorganisationen bemühen. Das ICN ist als virtuelle Struktur ohne ständiges Sekretariat angelegt und flexibel rund um seine Projekte organisiert. Es wird von einer Lenkungsgruppe geleitet, die Projekte ermittelt und Arbeitspläne zur Annahme durch das ICN insgesamt ausarbeitet. Einmal im Jahr findet eine ICN-Konferenz statt, auf der die Leiter der Kartellbehörden zusammenkommen

    Definition Réseau informel axé sur des projets précis et basé sur le consensus réunissant les autorités antitrust de pays développés et de pays en développement. Le RIC sert à partager des expériences et à échanger des points de vue sur des questions de concurrence liées à la mondialisation de plus en plus poussée de l'économie, ainsi qu'à favoriser la diffusion d'expériences et de meilleures pratiques dans ce domaine, à faire connaître le rôle de défenseur de la concurrence que peuvent jouer les autorités antitrust et à faciliter la coopération internationale. La création du RIC a été officiellement annoncée le 25 octobre 2001 à New York et traitera de l'application des législations antitrust ainsi que de questions d'intérêt commun, et formulera des propositions pour une convergence sur le fond et en matière de procédure, grâce à un programme et à une structure axés sur des résultats. Peut devenir membre du RIC tout organisme national ou régional de concurrence chargé du contrôle de la législation antitrust. De même, le réseau mettra tout en œuvre pour obtenir la participation du secteur privé et de diverses organisations non gouvernementales, sous la forme de conseils et de contributions. Le RIC est conçu comme une structure virtuelle sans secrétariat permanent, organisé de manière souple autour de projets; il sera présidé par un groupe de coordination qui définira les projets et élaborera des programmes de travail destinés à être approuvés par l'ensemble du RIC. Le RIC tiendra une fois par an une conférence réunissant les responsables des autorités antitrust.     Comment The ILCD Data network is a decentralized network, open to all providers globally, such as businesses, national LCA projects, researchers and consultants on their own terms and conditions (e.g., free or for a fee). The data owners maintain their own data and give access via their own servers, based on their own license conditions. These data are to be ISO-conform, properly documented and independently reviewed, and for emissions and resource consumption they must use the common ILCD elementary flows as specified in the ILCD elementary flow database. As one foreseen contribution those data sets contained in the European Reference Life Cycle Database (ELCD) that fulfill at least the entry level requirements of the ILCD are intended to be made available via the ILCD Data Network, covering core LCI data relevant to the European market.
