    Comment "Voir aussi: travail atypique [IATE:1265885 ] Le contrat atypique et le contrat précaire sont des notions proches mais ne doivent pas être confondues. En effet, le contrat atypique regroupe toutes les formes d'emplois qui ne correspondent pas à un emploi typique ou normal, c'est-à-dire à un emploi à durée indéterminée (CDI), à temps plein, de manière régulière, pour un employeur unique. En revanche, un contrat précaire comporte un élément d'instabilité. Ainsi, si tous les contrats précaires sont des contrats atypiques, tous les contrats atypiques ne sont pas des emplois précaires. Exemple: le contrat à temps partiel non choisi («subi») fait partie de l'emploi précaire alors que le contrat à temps partiel choisi fait partie des emplois atypiques mais non des emplois précaires.
