Lorsqu'il s'agit d'actes non autonomes (se rattachant à un acte autonome), le titre commence simplement par "ECHANGE DE LETTRES". Dans tous les cas, les lettres sont signées. (...) Ce type d'accord s'intitule parfois "ACCORD SOUS FORME D'ECHANGE DE NOTES" [ IATE:927718 ], les lettres étant alors remplacées par des notes verbales.
