    Definition système ayant les objectifs suivants: - démontrer les progrès et les réalisations de la Politique commune de pêche (PCP) et de la Politique maritime intégrée (PMI), d’apprécier l’incidence générale du Fonds européen pour les affaires maritimes et la pêche (FEAM) et d’évaluer l’efficacité, l’efficience et la pertinence des opérations relevant du FEAMP;- contribuer à mieux cibler le soutien à la PCP et à la PMI; - apporter un soutien à un processus d’apprentissage commun relatif au suivi et à l’évaluation;- fournir des évaluations rigoureuses et dûment étayées des opérations financées par le FEAMP afin de les intégrer dans le processus décisionnel.
