    Comment "NB: In Sweden distribution of the estate is usually carried out by agreement between the distributees. A skiftesman is a special estate distributor appointed by the court, at a distributee's request, in cases where the distributees cannot agree. Distribution can also be carried out by an official estate administrator (boutredningsman) appointed by a court, or by an executor (testamentsexekutor), if specified in the will.
