    Comment Die Mitgliedstaaten stellen sicher, dass zu den Zuständigkeiten dieser Stellen Folgendes gehört: a) Bereitstellung unabhängiger rechtlicher und/oder sonstiger Unterstützung für Arbeitnehmer und ihre Familienangehörigen; b) Funktion als Kontaktstelle zu gleichwertigen Kontaktstellen in anderen Mitgliedstaaten, um zusammenzuarbeiten und einschlägige Informationen auszutauschen; c) Durchführung oder Beauftragung unabhängiger Erhebungen und Analysen über ungerechtfertigte Beschränkungen und Hindernisse für das Recht auf Freizügigkeit oder Diskriminierung von Arbeitnehmern und ihren Familienangehörigen; d) Veröffentlichung unabhängiger Berichte und Abgabe von Empfehlungen zu allen Fragen im Zusammenhang mit solchen Beschränkungen und Hindernissen oder Diskriminierungen; e) Veröffentlichung einschlägiger Informationen über die EU-Vorschriften über die Freizügigkeit der Arbeitnehmer auf nationaler Ebene.

    Comment Member States shall ensure that the competences of those bodies include: a) providing independent legal and/or other assistance to workers and members of their family (b) acting as a contact point vis-à-vis equivalent contact points in other Member States to cooperate and share relevant information; (c) conducting or commissioning independent surveys and analyses on unjustified restrictions and obstacles to the right to free movement, or discrimination of workers and members of their family; (d) publication of independent reports and making recommendations on any issue related to such restrictions and obstacles or discrimination; e) publishing relevant information on EU rules on free movement of workers at national level.
