    Comment These are fibres derived from the edible part of certain plants, generally of cereal origin, that undergo a series of mechanical treatments and extractions to concentrate the plant’s active complex and increase adsorption capacity. These treatments and extractions do not damage the structure of the plant fibres. Selective plant fibres are used as an adsorbent medium to reduce the level of ochratoxine A as well as the number and levels of phytosanitary product residues in wines.

    Comment Les fibres végétales sélectives proviennent des parties comestibles de certains végétaux, généralement d’origine céréalière. Elles subissent une succession de traitements mécaniques et d’extractions permettant de concentrer le complexe actif sans détériorer la structure de la fibre végétale. L’objectif est d’augmenter la capacité d’adsorption. Les fibres végétales sélectives sont utilisées afin de la teneur en ochratoxine A ainsi que le nombre et la teneur en résidus de produits phytosanitaires dans les vins.
