    Comment Le plan industriel du pacte vert pour l’Europe repose sur quatre grands piliers :- un environnement réglementaire prévisible et simplifié, qui s’illustre par la mise en place d’un règlement pour les secteurs d’activités qui permettront d’atteindre l’objectif de neutralité climatique, d’une réglementation sur les matières premières critiques et d’une réforme sur l’organisation du marché de l’électricité;- un accès plus rapide au financement, qui permettra de faciliter le développement des technologies propres en Europe et de financer l’innovation;- le renforcement des compétences, qui revient à développer les compétences nécessaires pour garantir des emplois bien rémunérés et de qualité;- l’ouverture des échanges commerciaux pour mettre en place des chaînes d’approvisionnement résilientes, qui consiste à favoriser la coopération mondiale en développant notamment un réseau d’accords de libre-échange de l’UE, ainsi que des partenariats industriels de technologies propres et en parvenant à un bilan neutre des émissions de gaz à effet de serre.
